Winter Reads Challenge Launches Across Hertfordshire Libraries
Hertfordshire Libraries is kicking off the annual Winter Reads Challenge tomorrow, inviting residents of all ages to participate for a chance to win an iPad. This initiative encourages the community to embrace the joy and benefits of reading throughout the winter season.
Participants can visit their local library to sign up and join thousands of fellow residents expected to take part this year. In addition to the reading challenge, libraries across Hertfordshire will host special events, offering even more ways for locals to engage with books and connect with fellow readers.
Don’t miss this opportunity to dive into a winter of reading and possibly walk away with a prize!
Service of Remembrance In Cheshunt
Join us in honoring ten USAF airmen who sacrificed their lives during WWII to save the town of Cheshunt. This annual service commemorates their bravery, featuring an Honour Guard from USAF Mildenhall and wreaths laid by local dignitaries, including representatives from Hertfordshire and Broxbourne.

Friday Community Concert with The Sundaes
