Tragic Incident at Cheshunt Station Sparks Emotional Reactions

At around 3:30 pm, Cheshunt railway station became the scene of a heartbreaking incident when a person was struck and killed by a train. Emergency crews quickly arrived, battling heavy rain as they closed the station to investigate. The tragedy caused significant travel disruptions, halting trains from Stansted Airport to London and rerouting others to nearby stations, including Enfield and Broxbourne.
