Celebrate 100 years of Hertfordshire Libraries at your nearest library, then head to Cedars Park on Sunday for the Big Green Festival. The Spotlight has a fantastic lineup, and if birdwatching is your thing, you’ll find that too. Whatever your interests, you’ll find a reason to get out and enjoy the community.

100 Years of Hertfordshire Libraries – Celebration at Waltham Cross Library

Waltham Cross Library is celebrating a century of Hertfordshire Libraries with a special event for all ages. Visitors can enjoy a party-themed Storytime session, take part in sustainable craft activities (including making party hats and bunting from recycled children’s books), join a scavenger hunt featuring iconic children’s book characters, and enter a LEGO competition. There will be party bags for children, self-care bags for adults, and food and refreshments available while stocks last.

Everyone is welcome to join in marking this remarkable milestone!

Convoluted = complicated, twisted, hard to understand or follow.
